“INDIAN” is a john mule, born June 2, 2010. He is out of a registered paint mare “Izzy” and is sired by “Knutes Rooster Cogburn.”
(They were all named after motorcycles in 2010.)

The winner of the Raffle Mule is Zephaniah Campbell and his sister Julia of Hamilton, Montana. Zephaniah was thrilled to have his name drawn and raced down to the pen to claim his new mule, which he plans to share with his sister.
Shown in the picture below with Zephaniah and Julia Campbell are Rod Knutson, of Knute’s Kustom Mule Kompany, Stevensville, MT who raised the mule, and Steve Edwards, Queen Valley Mule Ranch, Queen Valley, AZ, a clinician at Montana Mule Days. Steve Edwards was nice enough to give the winners an autographed set of his training videos and offered to help them with any questions they had in training their new mule.
